Reflecting Stakeholders’ Views in Company Activities
Customer-facing departments of Otsuka group companies receive a broad variety of feedback from patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers, and we make sure that feedback is shared appropriately with the relevant departments. We also strive to share this feedback throughout the value chain with the right executives and departments, so that it can be properly reflected in our company activities.
Engagement with Business Partners
Otsuka group aims to contribute to the solution of social issues through our business activities, including through our business with our business partners, and we hereby establish the Otsuka Group Business Partner Code of Ethics to articulate our uncompromising commitment to the highest standards of ethical conduct to be achieved in cooperation with our business partners. The way we do business is as important as the outcome of the business we do, and this code sets expectations and requests for how business partners will conduct the business.
