The way we do business is as important as the outcome of the business we do, and this code sets expectations and requests for how business partners will conduct the business.

Speak Up Line for our business partners is available to consult with or report any suspected or actual misconduct or violations of laws/regulations by any person associated with Otsuka group.
NOTICE:
- Your consultation, report or personal information will be treated with care by a limited number of Otsuka group members, and will only be used for the purposes of fact-checking and investigations. In addition, the information will not be used or provided to third parties beyond the purpose of the intended use without your consent.
- The Otsuka group utilizes the system of NAVEX Global, Inc. (NAVEX), an independent third-party organization, for the management of inquiries and reports received through this Speak Up Line.
