3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Otsuka does not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

- When providing information within the scope of the purpose of use to parties involved in shared use notified or publicly announced in advance
- When required by laws and regulations
- When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent

5. Security Control Measures for Retained Personal Data
Otsuka implements the following measures:
